Your new role

The main purpose of this role is to provide full administration support on a 2:1 basis for the CEO and CFO as well as provide general office management support to the wider team.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary and meeting management dealing with conflicting priorities and liaising with Investors and Board members
  • Taking minutes and support of the bi-weekly Executive meetings.
  • Collation of Board Papers for quarterly Board Meeting and distribution to Board members.
  • Collation of Operating Committee papers for quarterly Investor meetings and taking minutes accurately.
  • Support the business support functions as required.
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are booked and ready for use by the Executive team
  • Booking of all travel for the CEO and CFO inclusive of arrangements of accommodation and event registration as required
  • Liaising with the Facilities management company and Building management teams
  • Health and Safety requirements as suggested by the H&S manager
  • Space Planning
  • To chair the social committee
  • Arrange Group Social events, Investor events and Tours
  • Arranging monthly lunch sessions for the Executive team with the staff
  • Maintain key documentation on behalf of Executive: Strategic Deliverables, Company Risk Register etc.
  • Project Manage specific team or office related projects
  • Completion of expenses and raising of Purchase orders relating to office and the Executive team.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

    In order to be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience of supporting at executive level. You will Have worked in large corporations but have also previously held diverse roles where your duties are not limited to pure EA / PA support. This role is starting as soon as possible, and so ideally you will be on a short notice or be immediately available to start work.

    What you’ll get in return

    This company are offering a basic salary of £45-50k + other standard benefits. They offer a hybrid working pattern where you will be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week (though you may be required to work more depending on the CEOs diary).
