• IT Support Engineer
  • Up to £45, + 15% bonus
  • Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 1 day every other week in London)

    • Fruition IT are recruiting an IT Support Engineer for a well reputable business based in Leeds. Great opportunity to work for a large scale organisation, delivering a service used by many customers across the UK.

    What you’ll be doing?

  • Resolving 1st, 2nd and 3rd line requests escalating to others when where needed
  • Roll out of new applications and upgrades
  • Identifying problems and resolving issues
  • Monitor and maintain systems ensuring high availability and service levels
  • Providing 24×7 support as required

    • What experience do I need?

  • Windows Server Estate, VMware, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office
  • Networking skills and experience around LAN/WAN/SAN would be useful.
  • Hunger and enthusiasm to learn
