Your new company
A South Gloucestershire Primary school are currently looking Teacher for a Year 3 Teacher on a Part-time basis. It is a 2 form entry school in the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol, dedicating it’s time to ensuring pupils are taught in an inclusive and positive environment. Focusing on both delivering the national curriculum to a high standard and ensuring all pupils are encouraged to become well rounded individuals, you will be working alongside a team of friendly and passionate teaching staff.

Your new role
Starting in September, you will be working as a part-time teacher over the course of the academic year. In this fixed term contract role, where you will be expected to plan, prepare and teach a Year 3 class for 2.5 days per week with half a day allowed for PPA. You will be working with the help of an experienced Teaching Assistant in a class of approximately 28 pupils.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Have teaching experience within the last 5 years
  • Experience teaching KS2 desirable.
  • Hold a UK Qualified Teachers Status
  • Have strong communication skills, especially when working with groups of children.
