Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm (7% Shift Premium)

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them – including communication to new starters
  • Contribute to the site health, safety and environmental meetings relevant to your site, ensuring that you action outputs and provide feedback as required
  • Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
  • Escalate any health, safety and environmental matters that have been unresolved to your manager
  • Conduct performance dialogues (PDs) with your team, ensuring clear communication regarding site’s performance indicators and improvement actions in process
  • To continuously develop people and leadership skills and understanding, attending HR training and workshops etc. to enhance knowledge on existing and new policies and processes to apply best practice approach
