Your new role

This role reports to the Finance Manager and supporting them in timely supplier payments, dispute resolution, continuous supplier account reconciliations to support paying suppliers within agreed terms.

  • Processing PO orders
  • Lead on the accurate & timely coding of a large volume of supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Ensuring supplier invoices are approved and paid within agreed terms and review any denied invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the various supplier payment runs as per the designated schedule including correctly setting up the payments and reconciling payment reports
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Significant experience in an end to end and Accounts Payable role with a wide range of tasks
  • Intermediate on MS Excel
