    Job Description

    As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Contact customers on behalf of the client to arrange the Inspection/Collection of their vehicles
  • Enter or amend inspection/collection requests on the CRM system and the clients system
  • Ensure customer details held on both systems are upto date and accurate
  • Generate letters to customers to confirm the booking of the inspection/collection
  • Provide information and advice to any customer enquiring about the end of contract process
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful Customer Service Advisor will be able to:

  • Call Centre experience
  • Ability to work to strict SLAs
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • IT Literate

    As Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to:

  • £20,000 per annum
  • Full Time work (8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday)
  • Permanent role
