Due to entering a busy period, my client are looking to add a temporary Finance Assistant to help ease workload.     Job Description

    The key responsibility of the Finance Assistant will be to provide excellent administrative and financial support to the wider finance team. More specific responsibilities will include: processing customer payments, raising invoices, cash receipting, allocation of payments, reconciling accounts and processing refunds. Additionally, this role will involve liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders over the phone.

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working within a busy finance function
  • Have a good understanding of Accounts Receivable and cash handling
  • Have good administrative skills
  • Be an excellent communicator and have the ability to liaise with a wide variety of people
  • Be able to work flexibly and in unison with the wider team

    The candidate can expect a salary of £21,200-£23,000 (pro rated) + an immediate start + hybrid, flexible working with 3 days working from home from the outset + a potential for a permanent position
