About the Role

RIBA Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale project to implement a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and technology roadmap.

In this role you will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, validating business needs at a strategic level, and documenting the requirements.

You will be working closely and collaborating with the Project Manager, Head of Change, and multiple business stakeholders to identify cross organisation solutions which supports the business strategy and delivers value in line with the project strategy.

Wondering what we are looking for?

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • You will have gained experience as a Business Analyst in a project management environment, and ideally you will be either qualified, or working towards a recognised project management qualification such as Lean, Six Sigma, BCS qualification.
  • You will be familiar with various project methodologies (e.g., Agile; Waterfall) and have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the demonstrable experience of facilitating workshops with complex multi-phase projects, from Initiation to Implementation.
  • In the role you will have the ability to network and develop strong relationships across all levels of internal stakeholders and external partners.
