The RSC is looking for an Assistant Stage Manager (Maternity Cover) to start at Matilda the Musical in London, with an ideal start date of late September .
All applicants must have a strong working knowledge of good theatre practice, as well as professional theatre experience relevant to this post. Previous West End experience, prop maintenance and sewing skills are highly desirable. Depending on the candidate, there may be the opportunity for this to be a book cover role.
This position is offered as a full time, fixed-term contract for up to 14 months.
Please note that Matilda The Musical performs a Tuesday to Sunday schedule, with matinees on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a mid-afternoon performance on a Sunday.
