Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Contracts Executive to join a commercial organisation based near Uxbridge.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Contract Administration Executive is responsible for developing current customer agreement offerings and relevant reporting, alongside providing contract administration and information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow current contract portfolio Develop and grow current contract reports
  • Create Contracts and associated paperwork
  • Generate Contract quotations for customers and equipment sales
  • Running Contract reports
  • Sorting out invoice queries
  • Creating purchase orders for 3rd parties
  • Processing Licence Key Requests
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the department
  • Any other tasks as requested by management
  • Skills

  • Strong administration skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Collaboration, can effectively collaborate with all parties during contract creation & revision
  • Can work well in a team
  • 5+ years’ experience in Contracts
  • System knowledge – SAP (preferable)
  • Strong attention to detail & strong understanding of agreements
  • Initiative
  • Can hit the ground running/ work under minimum supervision (top end salary scale)
  • Project Management (top end of salary scale)
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and gain depth of business knowledge
