West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our Dementia Care Home at Willows Edge, Newbury which provides residential care for elderly people who have a diagnosis of dementia.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who will take responsibility for the delivery of a safe, secure and supportive service, continue the development of best practice and the staff team within the Home.

We believe our residents have choices about their care, and we promote independence as much as possible. We aim to offer social and emotional support to our residents in order to meet their individual needs.
