Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work in West London! Its working on the HS2 for a major contractor on a a brand new package of works, the successful candidate will ideally have shafts or tunnel experience. Your main responsibilities include overseeing the works on site by coordinating with both the client and the main contractor ensuring that the ongoing design and installation is in compliance with the client’s expectations.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the construction is completed in a safe manner
  • Checking on site with the contractor that materials delivered to site are compliant with the approved material
  • Manage method statements, inspection and test plans and ensure that all test sheets are completed and recorded
  • Attend regular design meetings, quality meetings and interface meetings with the client
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Degree Qualified (Heavily Advantageous)
  • Previous experience within the civils environment / tunnelling or shafts experience is heavily advantageous
  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplined management team
