We are very excited to be recruiting for a Recruitment & Reward Advisor to join our HR team for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in this brand-new role! 

You will lead on the recruitment campaigns for Helen & Douglas House, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and making formal offers of employment. You will support with the end-to-end candidate journey, from application to start date, and help with the design and implementation of new recruitment campaigns, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

You will also be the key HR contact for benchmarking roles and working with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner to review and make recommendations for our benefits package.

Essential skills and experience for the role:

  • Demonstrable recruitment experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process including writing adverts, use of social media, shortlisting, and selection design.
  • Experience in direct candidate sourcing and utilising appropriate technology.
  • Demonstrable experience of planning, developing, and delivering appropriate and effective recruitment campaign strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience of using an applicant tracking system and complex databases within a HR environment.
  • Proven experience of working within a busy and fast-paced team environment, under pressure.
  • This role is Hybrid, with on average 2 days per week working in the office and the remaining working from home. We are also happy to consider part time hours.
