We are proud to be partnering with a great charity who provides life-saving emergency relief and longer-term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. We are working together to find an outstanding Supporter Services Coordinator. It is a full time, temporary role.

The Supporter Services Coordinator will manage the daily reconciliation of donations received into the bank and PayPal accounts. You will coordinate the weekly banking of donations and process within the charity’s UK office. This involves creating report for Finance and depositing the cheques at the local bank. You will manage failed cheques by reversing income on the database. You will produce and keep up to date, process documentation for the all the tasks within the role. You will be handling telephone calls from supporters such as enquiries, processing card donations and change of address.

You will need to have a systematic and organised approach with a proven ability to follow things through and meet regular deadlines. You must have an excellent level of numeracy, combined with accuracy and pay attention to details. You should have great IT, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You need excellent phone manner and an ability to connect with supporters.
