A hugely profitable business is undergoing some major changes to streamline the business and enable them to cope with exponential growth they are currently experiencing. As part of these changes, they are now seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join the Production team in improving processes, standards, quality and productivity through the implementation of lean methodologies and staff empowerment.
As Injection Moulding Setter your duties will include –
- Carrying out condition setting, tool changing and trouble shooting
- Ensuring best practice is maintained throughout the shop floor
- Make sure machines are running efficiently, ensuring parameters have been set to optimise cycle times, whilst minimising processing issues and scrap.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will –
- Have a solid background in plastic injection moulding
- Be skilled in condition setting, tool changing, trouble shooting process issues, and process optimisation
- Be self-motivated, someone who takes pride in their work, and strives for excellence
Based near Normanton this role is commutable from Halifax, Leeds, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Barnsley, Goole and Doncaster
On offer –
A salary in the region of 26-35k, Overtime, paid uniform, paid breaks.
