What does this job involve?

  • Responsible for Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA’s/KPI’s.
  • Management of short term driver absence and reallocation of work.
  • Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence and Operator Licencing standards.
  • Ownership and accountability for driver induction, training and ensuring qualifications are up to date for all drivers report.
  • Ensuring all drivers are appropriately trained and familiarised with both operations and equipment.
