THE ROLE

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of sources
  • Managing the referral pipeline
  • Being the first line responder and initial screening for all direct candidate applications 
  • Overseeing external communications to candidates via social media 
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Providing information and support to recruitment agencies
  • Preparing interview packs
  • Working with the recruitment manager and HR Assistant to ensure that each new joiner has a fully scheduled induction, liaising with partners, consultants and BST to get appropriate induction meetings, lunches etc set up
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager and New York recruiter to ensure that all branding, adverts and social media are kept up to date, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, careers website etc
  • Supporting the people team
  • Providing adhoc project support

THE ESSENTIALS 

  • Ideally, previous resourcing experience; or at a minimum relevant office/ professional experience.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel
  • Prior experience of working with third parties would be useful, but is not essential
  • Experience and track record of meeting targets
  • Experience of using LinkedIn /LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates this would be a plus
