Your challenge

This will be bigger than anything you’ve done before.

You’ll support and represent a club, internally and externally, and be a pivitol member of the team.

You will take full responsibility for and deliver effective FOH management for a luxury residential property.

Reporting into the Club Manager, you’ll be a key member of the team and be pivotal in maximising the performance of your club.

Your base will be in Central or East London, depending on which club you are hired for. You’ll be a highly visible presence within the business, and across the wider industry.

The company

The company are a leading health and fitness company that operates in a niche sector, luxury residential developments. The are working on some of the highest profile property projects in the UK.

Their job is to run luxury health clubs and spas. This means delivering the highest levels of customer service, alongside group exercise sessions, personal training, treatments, and wider wellbeing services.

They do not just manage sites; we consult on their development and design, and we supply specialist equipment too.

About you

You will have experience minimum of 1-2 years’ experience operating as a Duty Manager or FOH in the luxury fitness or hospitality sector and have a track record in driving high performance teams.

You will be a champion of developing and managing a strong customer culture!

You will have a Level 2 Fitness qualification (desirable not but essential)
