Our client, one of London’s leading universities, is currently looking to recruit a temporary Programme Administrator, to provide key administrative support for Master’s degree programmes. This role is offered on a full-time basis, to run for 2 months, based on site for the first month, with the possibility to then work on site 3-4 days per week following this.

The purpose of this role will be focused on student administration, involving responding to enquiries, maintaining student files, collating feedback from surveys and monitoring attendance. You will also support with student communications and events as well as providing ad-hoc admin support as required.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar role, ideally within Higher Education, along with excellent IT skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
