  • …A motivated and reliable helpdesk operative with general admin is required in Southern House, Worthing, BN13 3NX Worthing to take on the role of a HELPDESK OPERATIVE, on a long term basis. If you are looking for an immediate start and guaranteed work, have ADMIN experience or similar and be keen to learn and contribute to the team

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Raising reactive work orders from emails and calls received from the client
  • Prioritising urgent jobs that are logged by the client
  • Dispatching jobs to engineer’s PDA or raising purchase order to subcontractor
  • Booking in reactive works with subcontractors and ensuring we have necessary paperwork
  • Chasing engineers and subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed within SLA
