As a clinical lead you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the
Nursing Occupational Health service within the clients UK organisation by providing clinical oversight, standardised processes and training for occupational health advisers and technicians. You will be accountable for the development of a professional and quality service, delivered by
suitability qualified staff within a modern Occupational Health department.
You will be indirectly managing the clients other UK nursing staff and be
responsible for ensuring consistency of service delivery across their sites through clinical
supervision and governance.
The Lead Clinical Nurse will work with multiple stakeholders in an industrial and complex
environment. Providing support and advice to management & HR on clinical issues and
delivering awareness training on health issues throughout the organisation .
