We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Manage own team of colleagues to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity
- Support the warehouse contract manager in creating a culture of continuous improvement using Lean practices including Performance Dialogues& GEMBA
- Maximize accuracy & productivity , space utilization, translate, analyze and deliver customer needs through effective operations, & data management. Accuracy.
- Ensure all outbound loads are acurately picked, checked, dispatched in a timely manner on WMS & leave on time whilst adhering to the customers security protocols
- In conjunction with the warehouse management ensure daily stock takes are completed and that errors are looked for ahead of dispatch
- Teambuilding and development through succession planning & individual PDP’s
- Manage productivity& over time to achieve service/ cost control balance

- Warehouse / supply chain experience
- Experience in VMS
- IOSH Managing safety or equivalent
- People management skills
- Continues improvement
- Microsoft Office Skills
