We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Manage own team of colleagues to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity
  • Support the warehouse contract manager in creating a culture of continuous improvement using Lean practices including Performance Dialogues& GEMBA
  • Maximize accuracy & productivity , space utilization, translate, analyze and deliver customer needs through effective operations, & data management. Accuracy.
  • Ensure all outbound loads are acurately picked, checked, dispatched in a timely manner on WMS & leave on time whilst adhering to the customers security protocols
  • In conjunction with the warehouse management ensure daily stock takes are completed and that errors are looked for ahead of dispatch
  • Teambuilding and development through succession planning & individual PDP’s
  • Manage productivity& over time to achieve service/ cost control balance

  • Warehouse / supply chain experience
  • Experience in VMS
  • IOSH Managing safety or equivalent
  • People management skills
  • Continues improvement
  • Microsoft Office Skills
