Job: Fire Risk Assessor

Location: Midlands

(requirement to travel for nationwide contracts)

Salary/Benefits: £25,000-£40,000

  • An exciting oppotunity has arisen at one of the UKs leading Fire Safety consultancies who are looking to further expand their team due to some new exciting project wins which has lead to a large acquisition of various gold standard clients.

    They are therefore looking to recruit an additional fire risk assessor to be based primarily in Leicester but to cover various sites locaeted throughout the UK. Successful candidates should possess relvant experience carrying out fire risk assessments and obtain relevant fire safety qualifications.     Responsibilities include:

  • Regualr site visits to conduct risk assessments and where required occasional H&S assessments
  • To be proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time by all areas of the business; keeping in regular contact with line mamangers to inform them of any relevant activity
  • To uphold the company’s mission, vision & value
  • Drafting and submission of top quality reports to clients using MS word and excel
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to clients
  • Experience and skill required

  • 2+ years experience conducting fire risk assessments
  • outgoing individual with the ability to communicate effectively within a team
  • IFE membership
  • NEBOSH general certificate
  • NEBOSH fire safety & risk management
