The successful Administration Assistant will be working within the companies Service department.

The role of the Administration Assistant

  • Our successful Administration Assistant ideally will be:
  • Computer literate; outlook, excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word
  • Ability to use various call management systems, training will be given but a basic understanding will be beneficial
  • Ability to multi task  – including answering tele and dealing with customers and suppliers via ad email
  • Good customer service skills both on and in person
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels within the company

what the candidate should bring to the role

  • Prior experience working in Administration
  • Knowledge of useful computer software
  • Great tele manor 
  • Excellent organisation skills
