Role

:
The Logistics Administrator is responsible for maintaining a constant feed of shipments to the warehouse for various delivery methods.

Make delivery bookings with several carriers in a timely manner ensuring all delivery information are passed on.

Responsible for planning bespoke delivery services with logistics partners and ensuring outbound truck information is accurately recorded.

Collating pick sheets and distributing to the warehouse for several delivery methods.

Booking outbound deliveries by email and through portals for both UK and Irish customers and ensuring appropriate documentation and labelling is handed to the warehouse.

Dealing with timed and ancillary or delivery requirements.

Assigning trucks for outbound consignments and checking trucks have been dispatched on the system.

The position is based in the Bolton warehouse office, hours of work are 9am-5pm.
