Position: Reward and Benefits Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary: £65k per annum

Location: Croydon, CR0. (Hybrid working)

I am currently recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Manager on behalf of one of my clients based in Central Croydon. This will be a hybrid working role with 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Head of People to shape the reward and benefit strategy
  • Develop and manage all reward and benefits relationships with suppliers to ensure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations.
  • Drive engagement of the Reward and Benefits we offer with all colleagues through active engagement and understanding.
  • Lead the development of the recognition scheme, looking for new innovative and cost-effective ways to drive performance and engagement of our teams through recognition.
  • Make sure we have the system and processes in place through regular reviews of policies, processes, procedures and controls.
  • Help to shape the businesses bonus schemes in conjunction with Group HR
  • Evolve our reward and career banding framework to make be flexible and respond to the agile organisation design of the future
  • Lead and manage the Reward and Benefits team ensuring the service they provide to all areas of the business meets their customer’s expectations.
