A leading civil engineering company is looking for a Personal Assistant in the High Wycombe area.

This is a permananet role offering £26,000-£27,000!!

This role will primarily support the Construction Director for this area. This will include Personal Assistant duties such as diary and email management, inputting information for reports, bookings, organizing briefings and assisting in any ad hoc admin duties.

This role also requires an individual to help the managment of our Organisation Chart for the North Chilterns area.

There will be some Microsoft Teams management. You will also be working alongside the Office Manager helping with document managment and general administrative tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in an Administration role
  • Knowledge of Document Management systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Time Management to work to deadlines
  • Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail
  • Good organiser and collaborative working essential
