The Data squad within the Order Management team has responsibility for the management & storage of customer order data, the transformation & provision of that data on to multiple downstream systems & ownership of a set of dedicated BOXI reports.
To form part of the existing Data squad in the role of BI (/reports) BA, taking responsibility for the report suite that currently runs on COD.
In addition, to manage/support all report elements of a dedicated project to assess the business capability of the Data function, followed by a redesign & implementation as indicated.
Responsibility for all data/COD related elements of all projects undertaken across the Order & Return squads within OM, as well as specific responsibility for existing data processes & COD reports within the squad.
