Fantastic graduate opportunity to join a growing and friendly business based in the heart of Newbury. Our client is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, offering a salary of upto £24, plus a quarterly bonus.

You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using our CRM system to prepare reports on comparing energy prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with their clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse billing data

  • Prepare proposals to compare energy prices from a variety of energy suppliers

  • Liaise with customers where required

  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the energy market

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards.

  • Hold weekly ‘update’ calls with key internal stakeholders

  • Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders

    • Skills and experience required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (Although not essential)

  • Numeric and analytical

  • Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative

  • Good communication skills

  • Confident Telephone Manner
