An industry leading facilities maintenance company are looking to expand the site based team on a prestigious contract in Salisbury. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day to day running of the CMMS system is carried out so that all maintenance activities are completed to schedule.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week), in return you will receive the following;

  • Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the servicing of the LEV’s systems, pressure systems and lifting equipment
  • To operate the CMMS system
  • Stock control – ensure the correct materials are ordered including specific tools available to complete the works
  • Ensure that complete records are kept for COSHH and statutory plant and equipment, which
    require a full-service history
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the SuiteReq system to provide help and guidance when
    required
  • Completion of any other duties or projects, which are commensurate with a Maintenance
    Planner position, as defined by the Maintenance Manager
  • Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritise workload and ensure high standards are met
  • Proficient with maintenance planning and scheduling processes/procedures, procurement of materials, cost estimating, sub-contracting, and monitoring of job schedules and costs
  • IT literate
