Site Manager – New Build Residential

Location: Surrey/West London

Salary: £60,000 – 70,000 + Package

The client:

Our client is a well established residential developer who has been operating for over 50 years in London and the home counties. They are known for their good quality new build homes and good staff retention rate. They are going through an expansion phase at the moment and are looking to bolster their teams across the board.

The scheme:

The scheme is located in the Surrey/West London area and consists of circa 200 units which is spread across 2 blocks of rc frame ranging up to 14 storeys. This is a brand new scheme that will be kicking off in the coming months.

The role:

You will be working as the Site Manager and directly report into the Senior Site Manager.

You will be joining the project at early stages of the project and will be responsible for the delivery aspect.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Management of subcontractors
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Problem Solving and maintaining an organised site
  • Managing Health and Safety
  • Reviewing Rams
  • Quality Assurance
  • Remuneration

    The salary for this role will be between £60,000 – £70,000 + Package. The package will include your basic salary, car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus.
