What are the details?

Barnes Lodge is a stunning Care Home in Tonbridge that has a vacancy for a Lead Administrator to work 37.5 hours a week at the home on a rota basis.

Summary of main responsibilities:

To provide an efficient and effective reception and administrative support service to the Homes Management Team, directing the daily activities of the team to ensure that they are supported with all aspects of general office, payroll, recruitment and customer services work and liaise with Head Office on relevant administrative matters.

To work with all staff towards agreed policies and standards of care in keeping with the stated beliefs of the organisation and working to promote equality and diversity, and eliminate discrimination for all the organisations service users, staff and volunteers.
