Qualifications Essential criteria Currently registered and accredited Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD) or able to evidence having commenced the upgrading process with CIPD or willing to undertake accreditationEducated to Masters level or equivalent level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
