Scheduling Administrator (entry-level)

Location: Waltham Cross

Salary: £23,-25, + Flexible benefits

We have a brand new opportunity ideal for a supremely organised graduate (or equivalent) passionate about project management. The company are market leaders in the design & print industry and their mission is to deliver exceptional creative and commercial value.

As a Scheduling Administrator you will be a key contributor responsible for organising the scheduling of all production within the company’s prototyping department. Good organisational skills are required in order toprioritise jobs and trouble shoot conflicting jobs.

Duties of the role:

* Commit to ensuring that the schedule is up to date and the work maintains a logical progression through the Department.
* React to unforeseen problems, rolling the disrupted job down the work chain, and seeking to minimise lost time, material, and working hours.
* Working with the Lead Designers & Manager, to identify and erase potential clashes in the schedule and upcoming Holidays, understanding the potential pitfalls and costs involved.
* Maintain a clear and effective communication loop with the Production Controllers and Account Management on the status of the tasks to be completed.
