Location: Church Street, Louth, LN11 9BS

Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week (days/times to be agreed)

Contract: Permanent position

Job Summary:

We are looking to recruit a part-time cleaner at Louth Corps. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the building is clean, neat & tidy and ready for use while maintaining a safe working environment at all times. You will be a keyholder. Self-motivation, good time keeping, reliability, honesty and integrity are essential as lone working is involved in this post.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Cleaning, vacuuming and dusting worship hall, ancillary rooms and entrances
  • Cleaning inside windows and sills 
  • Cleaning toilets, sinks and washing toilet floor
  • Ensuring toilet suppliesare replenished
  • Cleaning kitchen floor
  • Informing the Corps Officer of cleaning supplies needs

    • The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Be able to work alone and use initiative
  • To have knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Ability to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army
