We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Oversee and drive the execution of the day to day operational tasks to support the business as usual activities ensuring a high quality of service
  • Drive WOW initiatives – working with Customer , Colleagues and Other LLP Departments. Run Projects associated with C.I. , Cost Saving, Operational Improvement and Excellence
  • Review and maintain development of processes to execute operational activities and to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Driving High Quality Training and Process Adherence. Using Personal Development Plans to drive higher standards throughout the department
  • Drive and control operational savings and accurately record these figures

  • Experience within a control tower environment in LLP operations in Supply Chain division and multi modal transport operations with a bias towards Road and Rail operations
  • 3 years operational experience within multimodal transport operations (e.g. DGF or DHL Freight)
  • A good degree of computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Office including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (at all levels) – good listener and effective in communicating ideas to support the development of good Customer relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate logical thinking and work to pre-defined processes
  • Strong and effective self discipline in relation to organisational skills, prioritisation and workplace time planning and process work methods
