The role
For this role, 2-3 years experience is required within Salesforce Administration/Developing
Being able to undertake updates and provide ad-hoc reports for the sales and business development team and assisting in providing technical insight as well.
Responsibilities
– Undertake development work on our Salesforce Platform Development support and troubleshooting
– Participate in the fortnightly Sprint Planning Meetings to estimate and agree on work for the upcoming sprint as part of the Agile methodology
– Work independently through assigned work items with support from the team
– Undertake Salesforce deployments and testing where appropriate
– Ensuring data integrity is preserved across the integrated systems
– Someone that is passionate and is driven within Salesforce and has an administrative capacity in Salesforce.
Requirements
– 1-3 years experience with Sales and/or Service Cloud
– ADM Certification is mandtatory.
– Strong communication skills
