What willthe role involve?

–        Ensuringstaffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in atimely manner

–        Anticipatingclient needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance clientsatisfaction

–        Flexibilityto assist within other areas of the restaurant

–        Briefingthe front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customersatisfaction and upselling

–        Maintainingclear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for serviceand products are available
