About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the o versight and expert leadership to the delivery of all products/services managed within the Bespoke team. Sets the standards by which products are delivered through external partners and evaluated as part of the build buy partner framework.

You will ensure consistency of approach and engagement in working with partners and our internal Ocado stakeholders. Line management and leadership for the core Bespoking team, made up of delivery management, business analytics, solutions architect and leading third-party development contract delivery teams.

This role will define development standards, develop and enhance our working practices as well as provide a leadership and line management function to all Delivery and Analyst functions.
The role covers a number of core disciplines, the main responsibilities of the role are;

  • Oversight of Large scale programme and delivery management for high-transactional eCommerce platforms
  • Lead analyst capability managing and coordinating teams of analysts, product owners and product managers
  • Client relationship management at a senior level
  • Supplier sourcing and relationship management
  • Product development within a high-transaction eCommerce environment
  • Stakeholder engagement across different levels of an organisation
  • Budgeting, cost and resource forecasting and CapEx approval management

About you
We ideally need you to demonstrate at least some of the following:

  • High-transaction eCommerce background
  • Programme delivery experience for large scale development projects
  • Experience in managing migration and transition of software platforms and systems
  • External communication and client management capability
  • Proven lead analyst capabilities
  • Sourcing and evaluation of 3rd party products and development resources
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience liaising with and influencing stakeholders across a variant of seniority levels
