Main duties of the job

An opportunity is available to join the patient booking department based in Wrexham Maelor Hospital. We are looking for a hard working individuals to join our busy team. The role is based in a busy call centre environment and the successful applicants will be part of a team of experienced staff with responsibility for managing a waiting list and booking patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed term for 12 months due to – meet the needs of the service
