09:00am – 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

  • Identifying, assessing and reporting on areas of significant business risk
  • Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal policies and procedures in accordance with internal, local and international best practices
  • Take part in reviewing all new ideas, products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance
  • Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
  • Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data
  • Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported
  • Provide company wide training in respect of department specific Data Protection regulations and other Compliance issues
  • Assist the company to transition into the new industry regulations, and to regularly audit to ensure compliance as a whole
  • Provide general assistance to the Head of Compliance as and when required

The Person:

  • Completed education in relation to risk management, law, and/ or audit (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Compliance role (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Protection Compliance tole (essential)
  • Knowledge of the parking industry (desired but not essential)
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills
  • Organised, inquisitive, innovative problem solvers with the ability to perceive, understand and interpret facts quickly and precisely
  • Professionals with solid time management skills, the ability to multitask and see the big picture
  • Diplomacy as a necessary soft skill (the Compliance Department must work with diverse stakeholders as they deliver critical assessments for improving a company’s end goal and help usher the team forward. A Compliance Coordinator must explain in layman’s terms the nature of a problem, offer a correction plan, invite stakeholders to provide solutions and then monitor for remediation.)
