Our Luxury Hotel located in the heart of London is seeking a Pastry chef de Partie, Pastry Junior Sous, or a Head Pastry Chef to join their team on a permanent basis with a salary of £29k – £50k per year on offer with additional tronc on top. Furthermore, we are recruiting for a number of luxury restaurants that are looking for a Pastry chef de Partie, Pastry Junior Sous, and Pastry Sous. With a salary range of £30k – £42k and hours of week ranging from 40-48 on a rota basis with weekend and evening work.

What does the role entail?

As a Pastry chef de Partie, Pastry Junior Sous, Pastry Sous or Head Pastry Chef, you’ll ensure that every pastry and dessert that leaves the kitchen is perfect. This means you will support the rest of the culinary team in preparing and cooking Asian-inspired cuisine with a focus on desserts and pastries. With a range of services at this luxury hotel working in a busy restaurant where you will have to work quickly to ensure customers receive good quality food on time with a beautiful site in the heart in London close to local stations.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Pastry chef de Partie, Pastry Junior Sous, Pastry Sous or Head Pastry Chef position you will need to be comfortable in the kitchen with relevant experience gained working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This will then give customers the chance to experience good quality food with almost everything produced in-house. Given the opportunity to get your recipes on the menu, this is a vibrant, talented team of chefs with a view on creative fresh desserts and pastries. Remaining calm under pressure and expressing positivity whilst working a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends over a 40-hour week with paid overtime available.
