Job Description:

Aquent is currently recruiting a Project Manager in London to support one of the top technology brands in the world across 5+ new markets launching in H2 2022 and H1 2023. This tech role is full-time, offering a salary of £40,000-47,000 and an excellent benefits package.

As a flexible Project Manager, you will work across 21 existing markets, providing project management support for promotional, seasonal, and editorial campaigns. You will help cross-functional teams focus on successful planning and launch execution.

To give you an idea of how this flexible Project Management role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

  • Create and update project plans, manage milestones, identify dependencies, and shore up gaps
  • Manage cross-functional meetings and communications, including setting meeting agendas, organising note logs, tracking/reporting project progress and issues, documenting processes, and assigning action items
  • Manage campaign-related production artwork requests, including gathering requirements, sourcing raw assets, working with designers, triaging artwork request feedback, and facilitating approvals
  • Build positive, working partnerships with key stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, product, engineering, UX, legal, operations, support, etc

    • The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of Project Management experience, guiding and executing a variety of projects from conception to completion with little input from their manager. You will need to know the styles of project management and how to put together briefs, project plans, communication plans, and risk assessments. Project Management accreditation with PRINCE2 & Agile would be beneficial, as well as stakeholder management with UX, Product, Eng.
