The role of a Kitchen Supervisor:
The position of Kitchen Supervisor requires passion for food and commitment for delivering the highest standards of food quality on a consistent basis.
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will work alongside your team, always ready to rise to the challenge. You will manage a small yet skilled kitchen team with pride and passion, oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, waste management, labour control, recruitment and training of the kitchen team and you will ensure compliance is followed at all time.

Who are we looking for?
A experienced Kitchen Supervisor who can demonstrate:
- Passion for cooking.
- Desire to exceed all expectations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation.
- Have experience in all aspects of kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, waste management, labour control
- and training.
- Lead by example and have a hands-on management style.
- Have good understating of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
