Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting an Aftersales Warehouse Administrator for our Manufacturing client based in Poole.

The Job

We are now recruiting an Aftersales Warehouse Administrator to assist the Aftersales team with generalised administration duties.

This is a Temporary ongoing role.

Example Responsibilities Include:

  • Obtaining Country of Origin certification & or Statements of origin and adding them along with supporting evidence to SAP.

  • Identification and Classification of goods and adding HS codes along with supporting evidence into SAP.

  • Identification and completion of required country specific export certificates or licenses, safety Data Sheets and Forest Stewardship Council documents.

  • Cross checking HS codes in SAP from HS (Issue 5) used throughout to the new codes issued under HS (Issue 6). HS Nomenclature changes every 5 years. HS came into force on 01/01/22

  • Assistance liaising with freight forwarders to achieve pre authorisation on exports, cross checking correctness and completion of final export documents which may or may not require additional export certificates or licenses.

  • Support in creation of and maintenance of an export customs compliance process.

    Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
