Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, Predominately days, but requirement to cover shifts from a training perspective at other times

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • The site’s H&S record working closely with the management team and site personnel
  • Support the creation and management of Site and Department Training Matrix
  • Ensure all site inductions for New Starters are undertaken
  • Raising the profile of Health and Safety by working closely with the management team and site personnel
  • Maintain a stakeholder management plan and manage induction and Health and Safety related training, ensuring documentation and effective filing/monitoring systems are in place.

  • IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH
  • Knowledge of health & safety and legal requirements
  • Previous experience of Process / Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management
  • Previous Experience of waste management and waste regulations
