Customer Service Administrator

Location: Grays, Essex

Salary: £23, – 28, + Flexible benefits

We have a rare career opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professionalto join a market-leader supplier based in Grays, Essex. The company have an extensive product range as they are able to supply the UK events industry with all the sound, light and stage equipment they need.

Relevant experience working in front line contact or in a call centre environment is required. The ideal candidate will be passionate, customer-focused and eager to gain or develop their product knowledge.

The Customer Service Administrator will:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service and respond to customer issues
  • Enthusiastically and passionately converse with customers and give product advice
  • Interact with customers via email, phone, live chat, social media and occasionally in-person
  • Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
