We’re offering the opportunity to work as a Test Engineer at the cutting edge of logistics robotics and technology.
You’ll be working in a business unit which has the agility of a start-up, but the backing of an established business – a unique proposition.

What you’ll do

  • Develop test plans for two products
  • Deliver on the test plans you produce
  • Troubleshoot robotics issues in hardware and software
  • Help us understand where there are problems and concerns
  • Automate the gathering of test data to produce reports and generate actions

Desirable Experience

  • Experience testing robotics or automation systems
  • Experience writing test plans and executing them
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical machines
  • Experience with people management and a passion for people

The recruitment process

Our process is normally:

  1. An initial video call with a member of the team
  2. 1 hour values interview
  3. 2.5 hour final stage interview

The final stage will be conducted in person. We won’t ask you any trick questions or try and trip you up. We will complete some problem solving with you related to testing and get to know each other better, we’ll also introduce you to more members of the team.

Other Important Stuff

We’ll pay you fairly and endeavour to remain competitive – with a salary based on experience.

For this particular role, we are looking for someone who lives close to our headquarters in Northumberland.
The team is distributed around the globe, but to work in this role, you will need to be in the office.
