Growth within the service has resulted in the need for a full time NMC registered Nurse Associate to join the team at Barnes Lodge, our bright, modern, warm and welcoming 101 dual registered care home in Tonbridge.

The Nurse Associate will play a key role in our Organisation by contributing to Rapport Housing and Cares values and supporting all staff to achieve this by their commitment, patience, understanding, empathy and their listening and communication skills.

Main duties and responsibilities will include acting as a support network to our Registered Nurses, developing our care teams and supporting our residential care, clinical and nursing activities. The Nurse Associate will also be fundamental in providing clear direction, guidance and support to the care teams in their day-to-day tasks.

What are the details?

– You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with all aspects of their daily life, including updating records and care plans, answering emergency calls, greeting visitors etc

– You will also play a key role in both supporting your colleagues and leading by example, upholding our core values and inspiring those around you
