The School of

Psychology is seeking a highly motivated researcher to work on the EU CHANSE funded project TIMED.

The TIMED project seeks to understand the impact of digital technology use on the experience of time and temporality across Europe. You will therefore have a keen interest in the psychological and social implications of digitalization and/or how the experience of time is influenced by actions and emotions.

You will have experience of qualitative and/or mixed methods research techniques, for example, semi-structured interviews and largescale online surveys. The role will also require liaison with industrial stakeholders (e.g. trade unions, NHS, & APPGs) and the broader European research team.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for recruiting participants, conducting interviews, literature searching, compiling datasets, contributing to data analysis and the publication of manuscripts.

The project and post are due to commence in late October 2022 for a period of 36 months.
